The Management of Franco-British International University (FBIU), Kaduna, has commiserated with Malam Sani Ashiru of the School of Social and Management Sciences, over the passing of his beloved father, Alhaji Ashiru Sadi.

In a condolence message on Thursday, the President of the University, Prof. Abdullahi Sabo Muhammad, expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Alhaji Ashiru.

Prof. Sabo described the death of Alhaji Ashiru as a great loss not only to his immediate family but to all those who knew him.

“On behalf of the Management of staff and students of FBIU, I wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to Mallam Sani and the entire family,” the statement said.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased, grant him Jannatul Firdaus and the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

The deceased, who passed away in Abuja following a brief illness, had since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites at Bashama Road burial ground in Kaduna.
