01. Personal Info & Application fee

Complete basic information about yourself. Pay the required application fee. Payment must be made to our bank account and then upload the receipt on the portal.

02. Application Form Submission

Fill out and submit the online application form, providing your details, guardian information, academic history, program choices, and any required additional materials

03. Application Review

Admission officers review the submitted application form and documents to ensure all requirements are met. They may add review notes and flag any issues that need further attention.

04. Decisions & Offers

Based on the review, the admission manager makes a decision on the application. This decision could be an offer, rejection, or request for further information. If an offer is made, it is usually provisional, pending verification of submitted documents.

05. Results Screening & Confirmation

Applicants bring in their original documents (e.g., academic transcripts, test scores) for physical verification. Admission officers check these documents against the submitted copies.

  3. Confirm Admission Letter: Ensure that your admission letter has the official FBIU letterhead and signature. And these will be obtained after you have applied online. If in doubt, contact the admission office for verification.
  4. Communicate through Official Channels: Always use official FBIU email addresses or contact numbers for any inquiries or communications.
  5. Report Suspicious Activity: If you encounter any suspicious activity or receive dubious offers, please report it immediately to admission@fbiu.edu.ng or call +234 907 338 8183.
