Prof. Gwarzo pays inspection visit to Franco-British International University, Kaduna

The founder, Prof Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo on Saturday paid an inspection visit to Franco British International University, Kaduna.

On arrival at the University, Prof Gwarzo was received by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Abdullahi Muhammad Sabo, who conducted him round the University in order to see the progress of the works being executed.

Speaking after the inspection, Prof. Gwarzo expressed satisfaction with the quality of work being carried out by the FBIU technical team.

He disclosed that the University, having met all the standard requirements, would soon commence admission exercise.

He also gave the assurance that the university would also begin academic activities in three months’ time.

Prof. Gwarzo said the legacies and standards of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria will be maintained in Franco British International University, Kaduna to enable it to commence academic activities on a sound footing.


Recall that the Federal Executive Council on Monday, 15th May, 2023, at its sitting approved the establishment of the two new Universities, Franco-British International University, Kaduna and Canadian University of Nigeria, Abuja which are privately owned by Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo.
